Refund & Cancelation Policy

At Zopflix, our mission is to achieve client satisfaction in every possible way and that’s what we strive hard for. Owing to that, our Refund & Cancelation Policy is 100% transparent and is different for the different services we offer.

Cancelation Procedure

• Send us your cancelation request via email or call.
• It will be forwarded to our Accounts and Billing Department.
• Wait for our confirmation. Until then, the cancelation stands invalid.
• It will be canceled once you receive an email from our end.

NOTE: This is valid only when the request is raised within 12 hours of placing the order. In other words, the cancelation will be entertained only if the project hasn’t started yet.

Monthly Marketing Plan Cancellation Policy

If you have been associated with Zopflix and need to cancel the ongoing monthly marketing plan, you may do so via a written notice delivered to us 30 days in advance. Zopflix doesn’t refund partial payments for a month. Cancelation will stand valid only after the 30-day cancelation period is over and you may be charged for any work done within this period.

NOTE: Clients taking website designing services from Zopflix are bound for a period of 180 days i.e. 6 months. They can’t cancel their plan in the first phase. If a cancelation is made, the client shall have to pay the charges of all the pending months.

Refund Policy

Zopflix is a professional organization that believes in keeping things simple and straightforward. We don’t beat about the bush and commit to delivering only what we can!

Talking about the refund policy related to SEO and other services, there won’t be any money back. We cannot issue you a refund for the cancelation of orders because no organization has control over the changes initiated by Google and the changes in search engine algorithms for page ranks. This means that we can’t guarantee our clients with a specific outcome and the refund claims surrounding the same. However, we can assure you that your website will be optimized as per the latest algorithms. As a leading SEO agency based in the US, we keep ourselves updated with any changes that are introduced in the market. This not only helps in keeping the prospects engaged but also elevates the profitability and efficiency of the business.

Refund Terms & Conditions

• Zopflix is not liable to refund the amount that has already been paid.
• If the company has to bear any losses owing to any third-party service, Zopflix cannot be held responsible for it.
• Clients cannot ask for the refund of the services that have already been delivered as Zopflix doesn’t make vague commitments for SEO ranks or other services.
• Zopflix holds the right to make any changes in the Refunds & Cancelation Policy and the same can be done without any prior notice to the clients.
